Special Ie-kei ramen|Musashiya

“Musashiya” is an Iekei-Ramen restaurant located near Shin-Nakano Station in Tokyo.

“Musashiya” is a restaurant that operates several stores as Iekei Ramen. I think it is sometimes called safe Ie-kei ramen, but Musashiya is also very tasty. It is the kind of taste that makes you think, “I want to eat Ie-kei ramen”.

The interior of the restaurant is a rectangular space with about 15 counter seats neatly arranged. First, there is a ticket machine. I chose the special Ie-kei ramen.
I ordered a thicker flavor, more oil, and firm noodles. Of course, I also asked for the free rice.

After about five minutes of waiting, the special ramen and rice appeared in front of me. The ramen at this restaurant is impressive for its characteristic topping of cabbage chopped into chunks.

The pork char siu pork, filled with plenty of pork flavor, is exquisitely thick and fatty. It is so good that you can’t help but squint at it. As a side note, the seared pork toppings here are also excellent. And then there is the soup. The soup was superb and did not disappoint. The thickness of the soup and the amount of oil were just right.

The star of this ramen, after all, is the noodles. The noodles, which were set at a hard consistency, were medium-thick, and their glutinous texture was a perfect match for the soup, making each bite a blissful experience.

Also, the yolk of the semi-boiled egg that poured out, the bright green color of the spinach, and the unique aroma of the nori (seaweed), when served with rice, were truly satisfying.

The harmony of the toppings, served with rice, and the special ramen with its rich flavor. Everything is exquisitely intertwined, and I enjoyed the volume and satisfaction of what I would call “Ie-kei ramen”.

I enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much.
