Char siu ramen|Ramen Daisenso
“Ramen Daisenso” is a franchise restaurant operated by ‘unchi Corporation’, a famous ramen restaurant in the Kansai area.
The taste of ramen is definitely that of a famous restaurant itself! Introducing such Ramen Daisenso!
From Hanshin Amagasaki Station, a few minutes’ walk down the main street brings you to “Ramen Daisenso”. The exterior of the restaurant is stylish, and there is coin-operated parking nearby for easy access.
Stepping into the restaurant, you will find bottles of Western liquor lined up on the counter, creating a stylish atmosphere. The atmosphere is relaxed, as if you are in a café.
The naming of the ramen noodles is also unique, and each one has its own unique name, such as “Pistol,” “Peace,” “Rusty Blade,” and “Freedom,” making it a pleasure to choose just one product name.
This time, we will have the most popular “Pistol”. You can freely choose from one to five pieces of char siu pork.
Of course, I ordered five pieces.
When the ramen is served, the staff politely asks, “Would you like to use a paper apron? I am truly impressed by this service.
After a short wait, the “pistol” ramen appears! The eye-catching feature of the bowl of ramen is the char siu pork decorated like flower petals. The appearance alone is enough to raise your expectations.
The thinly sliced rare char siu pork has an exquisite moist texture and melts in your mouth. The black pepper gives it a cured ham-like flavor.
The five slices of char siu pork quickly disappeared in our mouths. The boiled egg also has a tender yolk, and when eaten together, you experience a special harmony that can only be found here.
