Sea bream-solt ramen|Menya Sho Minato
“Menya Sho Minato” is located in a cluster of buildings in Nishi-Shinjuku, a short distance from Shinjuku Station.
“Menya Sho” is a popular chain restaurant, so be prepared to wait in line, but I recommend “Menya Sho Minato”, which is relatively easy to get into.
The “Sea bream-solt ramen” is a superb dish.
The moment the ramen is served, the aroma of sea bream spreads softly, and the fragrance that foreshadows a certain kind of deliciousness whets the appetite.
The noodles are made with a blend of three types of domestic wheat and Rausu kelp salt from Hokkaido.
The soup is made from sea bream, with the addition of dried sea bream flavored oil.
In addition, two types of char siu pork are prepared and served in the soup along with menma (pickled bamboo shoots), scallions as condiments, and dried sea bream aromatic oil, which has a strong sea bream aroma.
The shoulder loin, cooked at low temperature, is scalloped but has a delicious flavor.
In addition to ramen, Menya Sho Minato also offers an excellent char siu pork bowl.
The bowl is filled with a generous portion of char siu pork, and the butter is a perfect match, making it an addictive dish.
Even though I was full from the ramen and char siu pork bowl, the taste made me want more and more, and my stomach and heart were very satisfied.
I enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much for the food. Thank you very much.
