Miso ramen|Ramen Ichifuku
I visited “Ramen Ichifuku”, a ramen restaurant located near Hatsudai Station in Tokyo. This restaurant has a reputation among ramen lovers, especially for its “miso ramen,” and I had wanted to try it for some time.
A short line of people wait in line to enter “Ramen Ichifuku”.
When we arrived at the restaurant, there were already several people in line, indicating the high popularity of the restaurant. The wait was about 15 minutes, and we were able to enter the restaurant sooner than expected. As soon as you enter the restaurant, there is a ticket vending machine where you purchase a meal ticket and then hand the ticket to the staff to place your order. This system is simple and efficient.
Excellent “Miso Ramen” in a richly flavored miso broth.
This time, of course, the order was the highly anticipated “Miso ramen”. When the ramen arrives, its appearance is simple and not flashy, but a delicious aroma wafts through the air. First, I took a sip of the soup. While the miso flavor is at the forefront, it has a gentle yet deep taste. This is quite a dish.
The noodles are a little soft, but they go well with this gentle and deep soup and are well balanced. Ingredients include extra-thick char siu pork, bamboo shoots, and green onions, with what appears to be croutons added as an accent. These also add a nice texture and flavor variation.

The “Miso Ramen” at “Ramen Ichifuku” is a taste that can be enjoyed by all, yet is surprising in its perfection.
If you like miso ramen, this restaurant is worth a visit.
If you happen to be in the vicinity of Hatsudai Station, be sure to stop by “Ramen Ichifuku” and enjoy a bowl of this delicious dish.
