Supreme special ramen and Wagyu beef bowl|Dame na rinjin shinjuku-ten
Stylish ramen restaurant with a black base color
We visited “Dame na rinjin shinjuku-ten” located in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, about a minute’s walk from Seibu Shinjuku Station.
The black-based interior of the restaurant is more stylish than calm.
The neon sign reading “Shinjuku” inside the restaurant was impressive.
I was curious about the ramen and “Kuroge-wagyu no seiro-gohan” (Wagyu beef bowl) set.
We visited around 8pm, and there were two or three groups waiting. The restaurant has a multinational feel, with many foreign customers.
First, you buy a meal ticket from the ticket machine. I ordered a set of “Supreme tokusei ramen” (Supreme special ramen) and “Kuroge-wagyu no seiro-gohan” (Wagyu beef bowl).
I saw on the Internet that the “Kuroge-wagyu no seiro-gohan” (Wagyu beef bowl) looked very tasty, so I decided to try it with the ramen.
Ginger soy sauce ramen has a refreshing taste
You can choose between thin and thick ramen noodles, and the recommendation is for thick noodles.
I prefer thin noodles, so I opted for thin noodles. each person is given a large space and is free to use condiments.
You can use all the condiments and raw eggs on the table as much as you want and eat as much as you want. (Of course, use them with common sense.)
We didn’t have to wait long for our “Supreme tokusei ramen” (Supreme special ramen) and “Kuroge-wagyu no seiro-gohan” (Wagyu beef bowl) to be served.
The “Supreme tokusei ramen” (Supreme special ramen) has a nice aroma of ginger soy sauce, which stimulates the appetite.
A sip of the soup was refreshing, and the soy sauce broth with just the right amount of ginger gave it an elegant, Japanese taste.
The thin noodles were also a perfect match for the soup, with a nice crunchy texture.
Delicious Sukiyaki-style “Kuroge-wagyu no seiro-gohan” (Wagyu beef bowl).
The “Kuroge-wagyu no seiro-gohan” (Wagyu beef bowl) is a sweet and spicy sukiyaki-style rice dish, which is best served with an egg.
The ginger and soy sauce of the “Supreme tokusei ramen” (Supreme special ramen) enhances the refined taste.
