Natural salt ramen|Shiogensui Honten-Amagasaki

I went to “Shiogensui Honten-Amagasaki”, a very popular restaurant in that chain, with a large storefront, a large parking lot, and open all day from 11:00 a.m. to midnight, making it very easy to get to, and with many delicious ramen dishes.
I arrived a little after noon and there were already 7 people waiting. I wrote down my name and sat in the waiting room, and soon 4 customers arrived. It is a popular restaurant after all.
The store is large and has many seats, so the wait was short and we were shown to our seats immediately after waiting about 10 minutes.
All the staff were very energetic and courteous, which made a very good impression on me. I can see why it is so popular.

We decided to order “natural salt ramen” because it is reputed to be the best ramen in Shiogensui.
While we were waiting, we were given free kimchi, which we could eat as much as we wanted. Meanwhile, the “Natural salt ramen” arrived.
First of all, it looks good, elegant and delicious, one of the best looking among the chain restaurants.

We started with the soup.
The charred onions and garlic give the soup a wonderful richness and depth, and the soup is shockingly delicious, adding flavor and depth to the salt ramen.
And the noodles are homemade flat noodles. The unique dynamic texture of flat noodles is really pleasant. If you eat without thinking, you will finish the noodle in one go.
At this point, I was very satisfied.

Toppings are char siu pork, leek, mizuna (potherb mustard), chili pepper, bamboo shoots, onion and charred garlic.
The lean part of the char siu is meaty and the fatty part is melt-in-your-mouth and satisfying enough to eat. All the toppings are well accented by each other, and the high degree of perfection will keep you from stopping your chopsticks.

The “Natural salt ramen” was very tasty, and I was truly satisfied.
We were reminded that Shiogensui Honten-Amagasaki’s salt ramen is superbly tasty. The aroma of yuzu (Japanese citron) is appetizing, and the ramen is made with 40 natural ingredients and no additives, making it the most delicious and healthful ramen I have ever had.
There is a wide variety of other ramen dishes, as well as fried rice, dumplings, and fried chicken, so be sure to try them together as a set.
