Pork bone ramen|Ichiran
“Ichiran” is one of the most famous “tonkotsu ramen”(pork-bone ramen) restaurants in Japan.
“Ichiran” has an innovative and interesting system, including pre-order forms, separated spaces and a way to order doubled balls.
I will never forget the shock I felt when I first tasted “Ichiran”.
To order ramen, first fill in the order form with your preferred flavour.
This is a style ramen restaurant, separated by partitions, where one person faces the ramen alone.
Ichiran’s pork ramen is always delicious.
First of all, when you sip the soup, you feel “I really like this taste…” It is a taste that you like.
The thin Hakata tonkotsu ramen noodles, which I ordered with a hard consistency, are very tasty and go well with the light and rich soup.
I don’t think it’s very good value for money, but it’s a bit rich, with a mild pork bone taste, sweet and salty sauce and straight thin noodles that go really well together and make for an addictive taste.
