Sea bream soup ramen|Tai shio soba Touka
“Tai shio soba Touka” is located near Akebonobashi Station in Shinjuku, Tokyo. At this ramen restaurant, you can enjoy “Tai shio soba” (Sea bream soup ramen), a “Shio ramen” (Salt ramen) with a refined taste of sea bream.
There are many delicious ramen restaurants in the vicinity of Akebonobashi and Yotsuya-Sanchome. Among them, “Tai-shio-soba Touka” is probably one of the best.
As soon as you enter the restaurant, you will see a ticket machine. The only seating is at the counter.
I purchased a ticket for “Tai shio soba” (Sea bream soup ramen) with a meal ticket and placed my order.
After a short wait, the ramen arrived with a delicious aroma.
The ramen is like a beautiful work of art.
The clear broth and beautifully arranged ingredients. The noodles, which are slightly visible, also look delicious. And the aromatic and subtle scent of tai (sea bream). It is a pity that the photo does not do justice to the aroma.
First of all, the soup has an exquisite sea bream broth. Of course, you can taste the sea bream, but it is not overly assertive, has no fishy smell, and has a very elegant taste.
The thin noodles that go well with the sea bream broth also seem to be the best match.
Tai shio soba Touka is recommended for its Sea bream soup, so tai chazuke is also on the menu.
I did not order the tai chazuke this time, so I will definitely try it again.
At any rate, the “Tai shio soba” (sea bream soup ramen) was exquisite.
I enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much.
