Green curry soba|Pork noodle Naito|Ramen

“Pork noodle Naito” is open only on weekday evenings. Lunch is served at the same place, but in a different restaurant. The main menu at “pork noodle Naito” is Jiro-kei(style) ramen, but the “Green curry soba” is also really good.

The exterior of the restaurant looks like a ramen shop, and the door is a bit difficult to open. As soon as you enter, there is a ticket vending machine, so you buy a ticket from the machine and take a seat.
I don’t get the impression that there is usually a long line.

“Pork noodles Naito” is usually run by a single waiter.
The color of the green curry on the ramen noodles is very appetizing. It looks delicious from the outside.

The soup is based on pork bones, but the spices are effective. The aroma and flavor of the coconut milk is truly green curry.

The toppings include chicken char siu pork, mizuna (potherb mustard), and shredded bamboo shoots.
The chicken char siu pork is very tasty, and I think the other toppings go well with the green curry.

The noodles are medium-thick straight flat noodles. They are a shiny and smooth type.

The accents of the noodles and the spicy flavor of the soup are so delicious that you cannot stop eating the chopsticks. It is so good that you can’t stop eating forever.

After finishing the noodles, you can add rice to the remaining soup, which is also the most delicious.

If you have room in your stomach after eating a bowl of ramen, you may want to order white rice.
