Chicken broth soy sauce ramen｜Kadoya shokudou

“Kadoya shokudou” in Osaka is a famous restaurant that boasts immense popularity due to its delicious taste, and there is a long queue.
The main restaurant is located in Nagahori, Osaka, but this time we visited “Kadoya shokudou” in Hanshin Snack Park in Umeda, Osaka. It may be a little difficult to find for first-timers, but it is located in the basement of Hanshin Snack Park.

Perhaps because it operates in the Hanshin Snack Park, it is characterised by keeping its pricing in the general price range, which is why the ramen at this shop is surprisingly cost-effective. Considering that the same “Kadoya shokudou” can cost more than JPY 2,000 at the main shop, depending on additional toppings, this shop is also very wallet-friendly.

There is no compromise on the quality of the ramen, and the straight noodles are kept at an exquisite hardness and particular crispness for an enjoyable texture.
The simple chicken broth is also still present, and the soft, melt-in-your-mouth char siu pork is superb.

“Kadoya shokudou Hanshin umeda ten” is a place where you can be satisfied with both price and taste.
