NAKIRYU has been recognised by the Michelin Guide for its outstanding quality since 2017 and has been awarded one star for six consecutive years.
NAKIRYU’s ramen is made from chicken, beef bones, pork, kelp and oysters, and the soup is matured for nine hours in a soy sauce-based broth. The presence of the deep-flavoured soy sauce, which has been carefully selected, enhances the flavour of the broth to the highest degree.
The sourness is imparted by black vinegar and apple cider vinegar, while the spiciness of La-Yu (Chili Oil) and the sweetness of kneaded sesame seeds and Tahini combine to create a harmonious sweet and sour yet creamy flavour that makes the dish very easy to eat.

The thin noodles are delicate and fine, which are best balanced with the soup, which is full of flavour and richness.
Unlike the tantanmen of other restaurants, NAKIRYU’s tantanmen is a deeply flavoursome dish based on the ramen cooking method. After finishing the ramen, we added rice to the soup, which was also excellent. We enjoyed it deliciously. Thank you for the food. Thank you very much.
