Char siu bonito soy sause ramen|Ramen senmon NAGOMI
This shop is the second branch of NAGOMI, which opened in the local area of Hanshin Mukogawa Station in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture, and has now become a popular shop with a long queue.
As the second “NAGOMI” shop, this is also a popular shop with a long queue. It has also been introduced on TV and has become even more popular.” The menu is different from that of the first “NAGOMI” shop, but NAGOMI’s own ramen is also very tasty and is a ramen shop loved by the local community.
The second “NAGOMI” shop has a shorter queue than the first “NAGOMI” shop, so I tend to come to the second shop more often. If you arrive at the south side of Mukonoso Station on the Hankyu Line, a short distance from the station, in an area lined with restaurants, you will find a queue of several people.
There are two types of ramen at NAGOMI.
The two types of ramen at NAGOMI are “char siu bonito soy sause ramen” and “dried sardine black ramen”.
I ordered the char siu bonito soy sause ramen. The restaurant also serves a delicious ‘rice with char siu’ dish, which is served in the leftover soup after eating ramen, so we ordered that as well.
As it is ‘oigatsuo (char siu bonito)’, there is plenty of char siu pork on top.
The rare char siu pork at this restaurant is really good. It’s an exquisite dish. Even my friend who doesn’t like char siu much says, “I love the char siu here!” Even my friends who don’t like char siu very much say they like it here.
‘Purple onions’ and ‘green onions’ add colour, and the restaurant’s signature ‘fu'(Fu is wheat gluten.) is on top.
The noodles are medium-thick and straight. When you slurp the noodles, the bonito-flavoured soup char sius after them. This time, the noodles are medium-thick and straight, but it seems that thin noodles can also be ordered. I would like to report on the thin noodles again.
This medium-thick straight noodle is also smooth and slick, and it is well mixed with the soup, so there is nothing to complain about, and it is a delicious noodle that suits this ramen.
There is a ‘finishing dish’ of char siu, so try not to drink all the soup, and after eating the noodles and other ingredients, throw the char siu rice into the soup. It tastes like zosui (rice porridge) and is now a complete meal, including the soup.
“NAGOMI” ramen is the kind of ramen I would like to eat anytime.
We enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much for the food. Thank you very much.
