Salt ramen|ayairo

I first saw a picture of “ayairo” ramen on Instagram and was always curious about this ramen restaurant because of its beauty.

At “ayairo,” soy sauce ramen seems to be the recommended ramen, but I had heard from a friend that “ayairo’s salt ramen is also very good,” so I ordered the “salt ramen”.

The beautifully streamlined noodles and clear soup with lime accents made it look very refreshing.

First, we had the soup. It is light and extremely tasty!
Well proportioned, well-balanced and delicious.

The beautifully prepared noodles are straight with a distinct texture. The crispiness is pleasant.
The toppings such as char siu pork and bamboo shoots at “ayairo” are also of very high quality!
The ajitama(seasoned egg) is soft and slightly creamy. The owner of the restaurant has made various efforts to achieve this color.

A squeeze of lime while you are eating your ramen will refresh your palate with a cool and refreshing feeling.
This change in taste is another attraction of “ayairo” ramen. The ayairo’s attention to detail is evident in every aspect of their ramen.
I highly recommend this ramen restaurant to as many people as possible.
