Soy sauce ramen|Ramen toki wa Men-nari
I visited “Ramen toki wa Men-nari” for the first time in a long time.
It was nighttime, so there was no waiting time and I was able to smoothly enter the restaurant.
I bought a ticket for “ramen” from the ticket machine and placed my order. Since there were not many customers, the ramen I ordered was served immediately and smoothly.
The aroma spreading from the soup was a chicken-based soy sauce flavor with warmth and depth. The broth drawn from each ingredient floats as oil on the surface of the slow-cooked soup. The way this oil shines beautifully shows the strong attention to detail.
Ingredients include the standard pork char siu (pork cutlet), ajitama (seasoned egg), menma (pickled bamboo shoots), and chopped green onions. Each of these ingredients has its own presence, yet the balance between them is perfectly maintained, which is why this delicious ramen is available at this restaurant.
The ajitama (seasoned egg) is particularly eye-catching. At “Ramen toki wa Men-nari”, “Maximum Koitamago” eggs are used, which have been carefully selected for their flavor. The richness of the yolk is expressed not only in its color, but also in the flavor that spreads on the tongue as it reaches the palate.
The noodles are made of thin noodles. The noodles are thin, which accentuates the simplicity of the ramen and the deliciousness of each ingredient. The thin noodles have a firmness that is only possible with thin noodles, but they also go down smoothly, and their savory flavor fills the mouth. The noodles are then intertwined with the soup, enhancing its flavor even more.
I enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much.
