Char siu pork ramen|Tama barasoba-ya Nakano-ten
A short walk into the downtown area adjacent to the north exit of Nakano Station is “Tama barasoba-ya Nakano-ten”, which serves delicious pork bone ramen.
I have been there several times, and the “Tonkotsu Ramen”(pork bone ramen) has a nostalgic feel that makes me want to eat there regularly. I was excited to see that the menu had been renewed.
Looking at the ticket machine, I saw that the main menu items were “Ramen” and “Tsukemen”.
This time, I ordered “Char siu-men”(Char siu pork ramen).
The char siu pork ramen arrived in front of me and the aroma of the cloudy soup and pork bones whetted my appetite.
A little thick and robust in flavor, this soup would go well with rice.
The noodles are thin to match the pork bone ramen, but they are chunky and really delicious in the soup.
And they also put a lot of salty thin char siu pork in the “Char siu-men”(Char siu pork ramen).
In the case of the “Special Ramen”, an egg is also included, so the egg is dipped into the soup to make it thicker and mellower.
No matter which menu item you choose at Tama barasoba-ya Nakano-ten, you are sure to be highly satisfied.
I enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the meal. Thank you very much.
