Chicken salt ramen with salt mix|Ramen-Senmon NAGOMI Namba-ten

“NAGOMI” has become a famous restaurant from a small area in the Hanshin “Mukogawa Station” area. NAGOMI’s signature dish is “Tori shio ramen” (chicken salt ramen).

The main “NAGOMI” shop at Mukogawa Station is now so popular that long queues of people are constantly waiting to get in.
The same NAGOMI taste can be enjoyed at “Ramen-Senmon NAGOMI Namba-ten” in Namba, Osaka, in the Ramen Issa restaurant. Here you can enjoy the taste of NAGOMI without queuing up too long.

Smooth entry without queuing up.
There are several different types of ramen on the menu, but as it’s my first time at NAGOMI in a while, I order the Chicken salt ramen with salt mix.
Salt mix” does not mean a mix of salt, but rather a mix of pork and chicken char siu (pork and chicken char siu).
There are a total of six pieces of pork and chicken char siu in the mix.

After ordering, you have to wait a little before your bowl arrives. Salt mix for the first time in a long time. I really feel like “thank you for opening more shops” that I can taste Wakai without queuing up.

First of all, I have the soup. The soup is salty but thick, with a clean and supremely harmonious aftertaste. There are no chemical seasonings added, and the flavour of chicken, pork and seafood must have been concentrated.

The ingredients are also eye-catching: six pieces of mixed pork and chicken char siu (pork and chicken), which cover the noodles, and the characteristic “fu” (fu) of “NAGOMI”.
The fu soaked in the soup is really tasty.

As it is a chicken salt dish, there are two types of chicken char siu pork (thigh and meat) and one type of pork char siu pork, and more chicken char siu pork. The chicken char siu is tender and has an excellent flavour, and the pork char siu is also really tasty. “NAGOMI” in Mukonoso also has exceptionally tasty pork char siu.

The noodles are medium-thin and straight, and go down your throat smoothly and pleasantly. Of course, the soup goes well with it and it tastes fantastic.
After finishing the meal, I was very satisfied.

I hope I can report on the main restaurant next time.
We enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the food. Thank you very much.
