Amazing dried sardine ramen|Sugoi niboshi ramen NAGI

“Sugoi Niboshi Ramen NAGI” has its main branch in Shinjuku Golden-Gai (Golden-town), Tokyo. The ramen here is really thick dried sardine ramen. The sign says it all: ‘Amazing Dried Sardine Ramen’.

It is a very attractive restaurant with a number of outlets and several overseas outlets in Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the USA.

The main branch of Sugoi Niboshi Ramen NAGI in Shinjuku’s Golden Gai has a very narrow staircase that leads up to a small shop with a Golden Gai feel to it. The various shops in Golden Gai have a unique atmosphere that can only be found here, and Sugoi Niboshi Ramen NAGI is one of them. From this main shop, you have created a ramen company that has spread its wings around the world.

Entering the restaurant via a narrow staircase, you will see a ticket machine where you can buy a ticket for the Sugoi Niboshi Ramen (Amazing dried sardine Ramen).
Give the ticket to the staff and wait a little longer for the ramen to appear.

The ramen has a huge impact from the outside, and the “amazing niboshi ramen” is exactly what it sounds like.
The soup also tastes very ‘niboshi’. The spicy seasoning in the soup is also a good accent and really tasty. It is a special taste that can only be experienced here.

The noodles are thick and flat. These noodles bring the soup, which is full of dried fish, to your mouth. They have a chewy texture and are as strong as the soup’s niboshi (dried sardine). Every mouthful is very satisfying.
The ramen at this restaurant is so addictive and delicious that I sometimes have an irresistible craving for it. (If you are not a fan of fish, you should not stop by.)

But if you like the taste of fish, you will definitely have a special experience. After all, this is “NAGI” in Tokyo’s Shinjuku Golden-Gai (Golden-town).
We had a delicious meal. Thank you for the food. Thank you very much.
