“Ramen Tatsunoya” is located along Kotakibashi-dori（Kotakibashi street）, a little north of Shinjuku Station in Tokyo. The main shop is in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and serves tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen, but the Motsu tsukemen（Grilled pork tripe dipping noodle）here is superb. The first time I had it, it was so good I went back two days in a row. There is always a long queue...
