Special shellfish salt ramen|Clam&Bonito Kaibushi-men Raik

We went to “Clam&Bonito Kaibushi-men Raik”, located just a short walk from Honancho Station in Tokyo.
It was lunch time on a Saturday, but we were able to smoothly enter the restaurant with no waiting time.

When you enter the restaurant, there is a ticket vending machine right in front of you, where you purchase your meal ticket.
I ordered the “Tokusei kai sio soba” (Special shellfish salt ramen) because the restaurant is famous for its shellfish broth.
Within 10 minutes of placing my order, the delicious looking ramen was served.

First, when you take a sip of the soup, the flavor of shellfish fills your mouth, and then you feel the deliciousness again with the aroma that leaves your nose.
The light and gentle flavor of the soup, combined with the delicious taste of dried seafood, is exquisite and original.

The noodles are thin and very well intertwined with the soup, and are more filling than they appear.
The thin noodles are characterized by their crispy texture, and the rock seaweed that is occasionally mixed in adds a slightly seaside aroma, which is also a good impression.

The pork and chicken char siu pork are carefully prepared and are very tender, with a strong meaty flavor.
Both pork and chicken char siu pork have a smoky aroma, indicating their high quality.

“Clam&Bonito Kaibushi-men Raik” is a restaurant that serves excellent ramen noodles with the full flavor of shellfish.
If you like ramen, you should visit this restaurant at least once, and I can recommend it.
