Special original soy sauce ramen|Menson RAGE nakano wanto
We enjoyed the “Tokusei ganso wanto soba” (Special original soy sauce ramen) at “Menson RAGE nakano wanto”, a ramen restaurant located in the Nakano Station neighborhood of Tokyo.
We were able to smoothly enter the restaurant without waiting even at lunchtime. Affiliated store “Menzon RAGE” in Nishi Ogikubo, Tokyo, is a popular restaurant with a long line, so it is a great pleasure to be able to enjoy ramen from this family of restaurants without waiting in line.
Unique ramen noodles that harmonize the stimulation of green chili peppers with delicious flavor.
I purchased a meal ticket from the ticket machine inside the restaurant and placed my order. Once seated, the delicious looking ramen was served shortly after.
According to word of mouth, the ramen was a soy sauce ramen with green chili peppers, but it did not look spicy, and the beautiful visuals were impressive.
Taking a sip of the soup, you can definitely feel the slightly tangy and spicy taste at first, but it is not spicy enough to linger, and the soy sauce broth is refreshing and unique, with a light and refreshing taste.
The noodles are thin and straight, and go well with the unique broth and are finished very well. The char siu pork was also moist and not dry. The soup, noodles, and toppings were well balanced, making this a unique yet very high quality ramen.
