Sardine platter|Seafoodou|Ramen
Located near Kanda Station in Tokyo, “Seafoodou” is a ramen restaurant with a strong focus on seafood.
Seafoodou serves the best ramen in a “teishoku” (platter) style with rice and other toppings.
I had the “Sardine platter” this time.
Seafoodou’s ramen is characterized by a broth in which you can feel the full flavor of seafood.
Since it is a platter, it is of course served with rice and nori (seaweed) on a separate plate, but the ingredients such as char siu pork and green onions are also served on a separate plate.
The reason for serving the soup and noodles on separate plates seems to be to slow down the temperature change of the soup and noodles.
Once you take a sip of the soup, the taste of fish will spread in your mouth. The soup has a savory flavor and is truly delicious.
The noodles are “medium-fine straight noodles made by Mikawayaseimen,” which go well with the soup.
The char siu pork and other ingredients on a separate plate are also delicious. Coarsely chopped onion is also a very tasty accent when added to the thick soup. The rice served with the ramen, with nori and pickles, is also very satisfying.
“Seafoodou” seems to be a fish ramen restaurant that has a style that sets it apart from other restaurants.

Seafoodou’s ramen, which draws out the full flavor of seafood, has a great impact when you put the soup in your mouth and is truly delicious.
Moreover, for some reason, there is never a long line to get in, and you can enter the restaurant rather smoothly.
The restaurant is also clean and has a Japanese atmosphere and charm. I highly recommend this ramen restaurant.
