“Ramen Kurouzu” is located in Shinjuku 3-chome, Tokyo. This restaurant is an affiliate of “Ramen Hayashida” and “Suzuran” in Shinjuku 3-chome. All of the ramen at these restaurants are delicious and highly recommended.

At “Ramen Kurouzu”, “Shoyu ramen” (Soy sauce ramen) is recommended, and I ordered “Tokusei shoyu ramen” (Special soy sauce ramen).

I bought a meal ticket from the ticket machine, handed it to the staff, and waited for my seat.
After sitting down and waiting for a while, the delicious looking ramen was served.

The ramen looks delicious and the anticipation is high.

First of all, you will enjoy the soup. It is a very tasty soup with a deep soy sauce flavor.
The taste of soy sauce is quite strong, but it is not “soy sauce spicy,” and there is no unpleasant sensation at all.

The noodles are thin and straight. The noodles seem to be handmade and are made from a blend of several Japanese wheat varieties, mainly from Hokkaido, Japan.
The noodles are a great match with the soy sauce broth.

“Tokusei shoyu ramen” (Special soy sauce ramen) is also gorgeous with the ingredients that come together in the bowl.

The char siu pork and boiled egg are especially delicious!

There are a total of three kinds of char siu (pork and chicken) in the bowl, two kinds of pork char siu and one kind of chicken char siu, all of which are delicious!

And the boiled egg is made from eggs with a firm yolk. The yolk inside the boiled egg was moist, rich, and exquisitely delicious.

Ramen Kurouzu’s “Shoyu ramen” (Soy sauce ramen) is basically very good since it is an affiliate of Ramen Hayashida. At “Ramen Hayashida” we often wait in line for tens of minutes in front of the restaurant, but at “Ramen Kurouzu” we have never had to wait very long.
It is a very good deal to be able to eat exceptionally tasty soy sauce ramen without waiting in line.
