Light soy sauce ramen noodles with shellfish broth|Jinrui mina menrui
“Jinrui mina menrui” is a popular restaurant in Tokyo with a long queue.
It is open until late, making it a relatively easy ramen restaurant to get to.
This time, I ordered the “micro” ramen with shellfish broth light soy sauce flavour.
The ramen is served as soon as you wait while watching the video of the popular Japanese band Mr Children playing in the restaurant.
“Jinrui mina menrui” ramen has a strong visual impact.
The soup is dark in colour of soy sauce and has a large, strong presence of char siu pork.
The soup is served first.
The soup is a thick soy sauce broth that maximises all the natural flavour, bitterness, acidity and saltiness of soy sauce. “Micro” ramen uses shellfish broth light soy sauce.
Although the soup is quite soy-sauce coloured, it does not give the impression of being soy sauce spicy, but rather an exquisite soup with a touch of sweetness.
And next, I usually get the noodles, but I was curious about the impact of the char siu pork, so I took a bite of the char siu pork.
The thick char siu pork is very tender and full of flavour from the moment you bite into it, and you are hooked on the wonderful char siu pork.
After tasting the best soup and char siu pork, you finally get the noodles.
The noodles have a chewy texture that goes perfectly with the soup, so they are very satisfying and allow you to experience an amazingly perfect balance.
“Jinrui mina menrui”‘s main restaurant is in Osaka and we are really happy to have this famous restaurant in Tokyo and to be able to enjoy this taste.
We had a delicious meal. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Thank you very much.
