Spacial dried sardine ramen|Sarusuberi

We visited “Sarusuberi” located on the second basement floor of a building directly connected to Shinjuku Sanchome Station in Tokyo.
“Sarusuberi” serves ramen and tsukemen (Dipping noodles) with “dried sardine” as the main ingredient.

When you enter the restaurant, you first select the menu item you want to eat from the ticket machine, purchase a ticket, and place your order.

Since this was my first visit to the restaurant, I ordered the “Specially dried sardine ramen”.
I wanted to try the best of the “dried sardine ramen” served at Sarusuberi, so I ordered the “Spacial dried sardine ramen”.

After a short wait for a seat, the delicious “Spacial dried sardine ramen” was served.

The “Spacial dried sardine ramen” looked gorgeous and delicious from the outside.

The soup is very delicious, not only from the smell of dried sardines, but also from the ingredients such as boiled egg and char siu pork.

First, the soup is served. As expected, the soup has a mellow aroma of niboshi (dried sardines), and the soup is of high quality.

The soup is very tasty, with a clean and beautiful richness, without any eginess from the dried fish.

After thoroughly tasting the soup, we are served the noodles. The noodles are thin and straight, and they go well with the soup.

The “char siu” ingredients include two kinds of pork “char siu pork” and one kind of chicken “char siu chicken” for a total of three kinds of “char siu”. The seared char siu pork was thick and tender, quite to my liking. Of course, the other two types of char siu pork and chicken char siu were also delicious.

Sarusuberi’s niboshi (dried sardines) soup has a strong flavor of niboshi (dried sardines), yet it is light and refreshing.
The noodles and toppings in the soup are of a high quality.
