Miso ramen|Misoya Hachiro-shouten Shinjuku-ten

On a weekday evening, I suddenly had a craving for some delicious “miso ramen” and visited “Misoya Hachiro-shouten Shinjuku-ten”, located near Shinjuku Station in Tokyo. Since it was a little late in the day, the atmosphere inside the restaurant was relatively relaxed.
I purchased a meal ticket from the ticket machine right outside the entrance and ordered “Miso Ramen” of course. The staff asked me, “Do you want a medium or a large portion? Or a large serving?” I answered “large” without thinking. I regretted it a little, but the miso ramen, which was served within a few minutes of ordering, was indeed a large portion, and it was very hearty.

First, take a sip of the soup.
The rich miso flavor fills your mouth, and the black mar oil floating in the soup is a perfect match for the miso, creating an exquisite harmony. The medium-thick, curly noodles have just the right amount of firmness, and are firmly entwined with the thick soup.
The char siu pork is tender and tender, and its flavor is as good as the rich soup. The stir-fried bean sprouts are crispy, and their simplicity makes them a perfect match for the rich soup.
It was a large portion, so my stomach was quite full, but I felt satisfied and enjoyed a very tasty bowl of ramen. The fact that they are open until late at night is also a great point. I would definitely revisit this restaurant again if I have a craving for “miso ramen” in the evening.

The flavor of the ma-yu spread along with the aroma of the rich miso was outstanding. Especially, this restaurant, which is open until late at night, is probably one of the most valuable places where you can enjoy delicious ramen even at late hours.
If you are in the mood for miso ramen in Shinjuku, Tokyo, please visit this restaurant.
