We went to Hatsudai, located one stop away from Shinjuku Station in Tokyo, to eat “Tori-paitan ramen”(Slow-cooked chicken broth ramen).

You can enjoy standard “Tori-paitan ramen”(Slow-cooked chicken broth ramen).

“Menya Takeichi” is located near Hatsudai Station. The restaurant is busy today.

From the ticket machine located at the entrance of the restaurant, press the “Noko keikotsu shoyu ramen”(Thick chicken bone
soy sauce ramen) button, hand the ticket to the staff, and wait for your ramen to be ready.

After about eight minutes of waiting, the long-awaited ramen appears in front of you. The steam rising from the bowl of ramen makes your heart pound, and the aroma of the ramen makes your anticipation grow.

As the name suggests, the soup is a thick chicken white soup. However, the richness of the soup does not mean that it is rich, but rather that it is a well-balanced soup with concentrated chicken stock flavor. One sip of the soup will fill your mouth with the deliciousness of the soup and give you a sense of depth.
The way the soup and noodles intertwine is also noteworthy. Thin noodles are used. The delicate noodles intertwine moderately with the soup and convey the flavor of the soup as well as the taste of the soup that fills your mouth. This is exactly the kind of harmony that is unique to “Menya Takeichi”. “Tori-paitan ramen”(Slow-cooked chicken broth ramen) is a simple yet deeply delicious ramen.

I enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much for the meal. Thank you very much.
