Slow-cooked chicken broth ramen|Menya Smile
Visit “Menya Smile” (Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture), where you can enjoy excellent chicken white soup ramen made by the owner, who hails from the famous Kirimen restaurant in Osaka.
It is about an 8-minute walk from the north exit of Sonoda Station on the Hankyu-Kobe Line. By the time we arrived at the restaurant, there were a few customers ahead of us in line.
Upon entering the restaurant, I purchased the long-awaited “Toripaitan ramen(Slow-cooked chicken broth ramen)” and “Ryu no ajitama”(Seasoned egg) from the ticket machine. The interior of the restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, with a total of 12 seats at the counter and tables for four. After five minutes of waiting for a seat, the long-awaited ramen appeared.
Taking a sip of the soup, we were impressed by the depth of its flavor. The rich slow-cooked chicken broth soup, made with Satsuma-Chiran chicken broth, is full of chicken flavor, and I was surprised at how well balanced it is.
The noodles are homemade medium-thick flat noodles, which go perfectly with the soup. Ingredients include char-siu pork, menma(seasoned bamboo shoots), green onion, and daikon radish sprouts, with the addition of ajitama (seasoned eggs) as a topping. That single bowl of ramen will make your mouth water with happiness.
We enjoyed the ramen and even the soup. It would be hard to find a more well-balanced “Toripaitan ramen”(Slow-cooked chicken broth ramen). The delicious taste and the excellent customer service of the staff naturally put a “smile” on my face after the meal. Please visit “Menya Smile” on your next ramen lunch. One bite of their ramen is sure to bring a smile to your face.
Each bowl of ramen at “Menya Smile” feels like a work of art. From the noodles to the broth, the attention to detail is uncompromising. The ramen you will taste here will definitely satisfy you.
I enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Thank you very much.
