“Kiraku” is a long-established ramen restaurant in Shibuya, Tokyo. I like this ramen very much because of its unique and delicious soup.
It is a popular restaurant, so you may have to wait in line to get in, but there are many seats available, so you can often get in without standing in line, and even if you do, you can get in relatively smoothly.

If you visit Shibuya, where Japanese culture is concentrated, this ramen restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

This time, since it had been a while since I had been to Shibuya, I went to “Kiraku” with high expectations.
There was no line in front of the restaurant, but both the first and second floors were almost full and the restaurant was bustling with activity.

I ordered “Chukamen”(Chinese noodles).
After waiting for about 10 minutes, I saw the ramen delivered in front of me, and a smile naturally appeared on my face.

The charm of Kiraku’s ramen lies not only in its appearance, but even more so in its flavor. The soup is thick and rich with a dark soy sauce flavor, and the noodles are medium-thick and straight. The ingredients are simple: bean sprouts, semi-boiled ajitama (seasoned egg), and char-siu pork. At first glance, it looks like an ordinary ramen, but once you take a sip of the soup, the flavor of fried green onions spreads in your mouth, surprising you with its deliciousness.

The fresh texture of the bean sprouts and the glutinous texture of the noodles are a perfect match, making it hard to stop eating the chopsticks. And while the pork, which is soaked with flavor, feels hard, there are no words to describe how delicious it is.

This oneness of quality is the charm of “Kiraku”.

For me, “Kiraku” is not just a ramen restaurant, but a place that brings me sincere joy. Why don’t you experience its charm once?

I had a delicious meal. Thank you for the food. Thank you very much.
