Kurotsubo Ramen|Resshi-shoyu Menkobo Sanku

This time, after a long absence, I visited “Resshi-shoyu Menkobo Sanku” located in Fukushima-ku, Osaka. The nearest station is JR Shin-Fukushima Station.
There was no waiting time and we were able to enter the restaurant smoothly. Order the “Kurotsubo Ramen”.

The soup of “Kurotsubo Ramen” is a delicious soy sauce broth made from dried fish and seafood, with the aroma of tamari soy sauce spreading its delicious flavor. The flavor of the seafood broth can be felt elegantly, and the soup has a light yet rich taste. The surface of the soup is covered with scallion oil, which keeps the soup hot.

The noodles are flat and thick. The noodles are smooth, chewy, and have a firm texture, making them an excellent match for the soup.
The pork is soft in texture and well seasoned, with a delicious meaty flavor. A large amount of green onions are placed on top of the soup, and soybeans are also submerged at the bottom of the soup. The texture and sweetness of the green onions intertwine with the soup in the mouth, bringing out the best flavor.

By the time we finished eating, the waiting list in the restaurant had grown to seven people. The restaurant is said to have a line of more than 30 people at times.
At “Resshi-shoyu Menkobo Sanku”, you are served an appetizer at the beginning and dessert at the end of your meal.
The casual attention to detail is very impressive, and this is a famous restaurant where you can enjoy delicious ramen that can only be found here. If you happen to be in the neighborhood, please try the ramen at “Resshi-shoyu Menkobo Sanku”.
