Tonkotsu ramen｜Hakata Ippudo

I feel like I don’t need to introduce it because it is already a very famous restaurant in Japan, but I went there recently and reconfirmed the deliciousness of the food. I went there recently and was able to reconfirm the deliciousness of the ramen. The main store is located in Fukuoka, but I couldn’t go to Fukuoka for a bowl of ramen, so I went to “Hakata Ippudo”.

Tonkotsu Ramen is really good.

It may be common knowledge by now, but “Tonkotsu Ramen” is really delicious.
And perhaps it was at this “Hakata Ippudo” that I first felt it.

It was more than 20 years ago when I first visited Hakata Ippudo.
I still remember the shocking taste of ramen at that time.

However, these days I don’t go to Ippudo that often, so I went to try Ippudo’s Tonkotsu Ramen for the first time in a long while.

Hakata Ippudo offers two types of ramen: “Shiromaru Motoaji” and “Akamaru Shinaji”!
Both are delicious and cannot be ranked as superior or inferior.
Both are so good that there is no way to tell the difference between them.

After ordering, we didn’t have to wait long for our bowls to arrive. I always feel that most Hakata ramen is basically served quickly.
Still, it had been a while since I had been to Hakata Ippudo, and the ramen in front of me looked really good!

Since I chose the special ramen, the bowl of ramen was full of “deliciousness,” with a full portion of char siu pork and a boiled egg.
When I sipped the soup, I couldn’t tell you the details, but the only thing I could say was that it was simply delicious.

The thin noodles are intertwined with the flavorful soup to make the best ramen.

There are sesame seeds, ramen soup, pepper, and other ingredients on the table to change the flavor, but I was so engrossed in the deliciousness that I forgot to change the flavor. I had also ordered mentaiko（spicy cod roe） rice and was already eating it, but I wanted to try the ramen after adding the sesame seeds, so although I was already full, I ordered an extra refill of sesame seeds.

I really enjoyed both the ramen and the mentaiko rice.
