Flavorful soy sause dipping noodle|Komugi to Niku Momonoki
I had been curious about the “Komugi to Niku Momonoki” ramen restaurant in Shinjuku Gyoenmae, Tokyo. I had not been able to go there for a long time because it is only open for lunch, but this time I was finally able to visit.
“Tsukemen” (Dipping noodle) is popular here, and we were lucky enough to get in without waiting in line.
I bought a ticket from the ticket machine just inside the restaurant. I was strongly attracted to the “Tsukemen” menu item called “Kotteri shoyu” (Flavorful soy sause), so I ordered this “Kotteri shoyu”.
I had an image that tsukemen takes a long time to be served, but I did not have to wait long.
Both the soup and the noodles looked delicious.
First, I tried the dipping sauce, and as the name “kotteri”(thick soup)implies, it was very tasty with a rich soy sauce flavor!
The noodles are flat and smooth. The noodles are flat and smooth, and are perfect when served with the dipping sauce.
It is also delicious with the green onions in the dipping sauce.
There is also a good amount of pork belly char siu pork, which is hidden in the dipping sauce, and it goes very well with the dipping sauce.
The tsukemen made me want to try the other dishes on the menu again. It was delicious. Thank you for the food. Thank you very much.
