Tonkotsu ramen (All Toppings)|Barikote
Hakata Ramen “Barikote” is located a little north of Higashi-Koenji Station in Tokyo.
I went there to enjoy the moderate peculiarities of Hakata Tonkotsu ramen.
It was lunchtime on a Sunday, so there was still a bit of a line.
There were only about five customers waiting to enter the restaurant, so the wait was relatively smooth, lasting only about 10 minutes.
The menu item I ordered was the “Zenbu-Nose(All Toppings)” ramen. I wanted to eat a variety of toppings at once, so this time I chose the “Zenbu-Nose”(All Toppings) ramen, which contains a lot of char siu pork. By the way, I ordered “BARI-KATA” (hard noodles).
“Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen” comes out quickly after ordering!
The soup has a creamy finish unique to tonkotsu (pork bones) with a light aftertaste. The noodles are straight and firm enough to be chewed. Thinly sliced char siu pork is spread all over the ramen. As a ramen lover, I can’t get enough of this look!
Hakata Ramen at “Barikote”! It was a very satisfying bowl!
