Thick sliced char siu pork and low temperature char siu topping ramen|Hakata Ippudo|Jinrui mina Menrui
This is a limited edition collaboration between “Hakata Ippudo” and “Jinrui mina Menrui”. “Of course I love Ippudo, and I also love “Jinrui mina Menrui”.
What a surprise that these two ramen restaurants are collaborating…
I was so happy and excited that I went there right away.
There were a couple of people lined up in front of the restaurant, but after a short wait, we were soon able to enter.
We sat down at the counter and quickly ordered the ramen with ‘thick sliced pork belly char siu + low temperature char siu topping’.
Thanks to both restaurants for making the collaboration possible.
The ramen I ordered came.
From the appearance of the serving, it is truly magnificent. You can feel the deliciousness in your eyes.” The owners of “Ippudo” and “Jinrui mina Menrui” are very particular about the taste they have created, and I am very curious about it.
First, the soup is served. A collaboration of ‘Tonkotsu Ramen'(Pork-bone Ramen) and ‘shoyu ramen'(Soy sauce Ramen). This soup alone is so good that you could drink it all the time. The pork-bone and soy-sauce broth is thick, but has a sweetness to it that is both impactful and mellow. It was a very special soup with a deep taste.
The noodles were not the thin Hakata ramen noodles, but medium-thick noodles. The noodles were well mixed in with the strong-flavoured soup and went well with it, making it easy to eat.
And then there is the “Jinrui mina Menrui” thick-cut pork belly pork char siu! This big, thick, tender and tender pork belly had a very good texture and tasted great.
Of course, the other ingredients are also very tasty. The low-temperature char siu pork also has a different taste. I experienced a really special taste.
I am truly grateful that I was able to eat this best collaboration ramen on the first day, which shines brilliantly in the history of Japanese ramen.
It was delicious. Thank you for the food. Thank you very much.
