Beef clam soup ramen|Chukasoba Rukawa

“Chukasoba Rukawa” is located in a back alley in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo. It seems that this restaurant is a fan of the manga “SLAM DUNK” as it also has an affiliated restaurant, “Sendo”. That alone is a good sign.
I went there because I was interested in “Gyukotsu ramen” (Beef bone soup ramen), thinking “I would like to go there if they open a new restaurant called “Mitsui”.

The restaurant has only 10 seats at the counter. The restaurant is clean and neat. After purchasing a meal ticket, I handed it to the staff and waited at my seat.
After a few minutes of waiting, the ramen arrived. The ramen looks visually very delicious.

As you take a sip of the broth, you will first taste the deep richness and flavor of the “beef bone broth” and “shellfish broth”.
Although the flavor is rich, the aftertaste is surprisingly clear and pleasant.
The thin, straight noodles that go well with the soup have a pleasantly firm texture and a wonderful crispness to them as you bite into them.
The noodles skillfully intertwine with the rich soup, creating a wonderful harmony.

The ingredients, such as pork char siu, chicken char siu, ajitama (seasoned egg), bamboo shoots, and daikon radish sprouts, are all carefully prepared, and their attention to detail makes up the entire design of a bowl of ramen.
The char siu pork, cooked at a low temperature to bring out its tenderness, and the seasoned egg are especially special.

The “Gyukotsu ramen” (beef bone soup ramen) at Chukasoba Rukawa is something special. If you visit Shinjuku, you must try this delicious dish.
I enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much.
